CEREBRAL PALSY NORTHAMPTONSHIRE

Cerebral Palsy Northamptonshire is a registered charity with a base in Northampton. It was established over 60 years ago by parents of children with cerebral palsy, and initially operated as Northampton & County Spastics Society and then Scope Northamptonshire. A name change came about in 2013 because of changes with national Scope structure which meant they no longer wished to have local affiliated groups.

The objects of the group are set out in the constitution and relate to the care, welfare, interest and needs of persons, resident in Northamptonshire, with any form of cerebral palsy, including hemiplegia, diplegia, ataxic/athetoid or dyskinetic palsy and quadriplegia.

We send out a monthly newsletter to our members, the latest version can be found here
